About Salesforce Ben
SalesforceBen.com is one of the most popular Salesforce blogs in the world – standing proud as the independent voice of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Spreading our passion for Salesforce ideas, hacks and tricks, the blog has remained true to its core.
Our blog got its name from Ben McCarthy, who wanted to share his trials and tribulations as a newbie Salesforce Admin.
SalesforceBen.com grew into a platform for the community, supporting new authors to share their content across the Ecosystem. Ben & Lucy now run the blog together, including The DRIP, a specialised blog for the growing Salesforce Marketing Automation sector.

Founder & Co-Editor | Chief Revenue Officer @ Nymble
I’ve been working in the Salesforce ecosystem ever since I graduated from University in 2012, and now I’m hooked! I’ve held various roles over the years working for end users, ISV’s, and founded a UK-based Salesforce consultancy. Currently, I am Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer at Nymble, an ISV specialising in integrating Google Ads & Salesforce to provide marketers with full visibility of their Campaign ROI.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, technology, eating out, and listening to techno.
Operations Director & Co-Editor | Pardot & Salesforce Consultant
The Salesforceben.com blog and I go back a few years, editing and writing content as a side hustle. I have been working in the Salesforce ecosystem since Autumn 2014, most of that time as a Salesforce/Pardot Consultant.
I founded The DRIP which covers all things Salesforce marketing automation (Pardot, Marketing Cloud, and more), born from documenting the use cases and challenges I encountered day-to-day. The DRIP later merged with Salesforceben.com to bolster our knowledge for marketers.
I was named a Salesforce Marketing Champion in 2020, and I am a co-leader of the London B2B Marketers User Group.
I live to travel, so I’m always looking for opportunities to connect with the global Trailblazer Community!
I became an “accidental admin” in 2014 and fell in love with the Salesforce platform. Fast forward several years and I’m still passionate about all things Salesforce and sharing my knowledge with the ecosystem.
In my spare time I enjoy speaking at Salesforce events, writing for my blog The Everyday Admin and leading the Bristol Salesforce Admin user group.
I was awarded Salesforce MVP in 2020 – the highlight of my career so far!
I have recently graduated from University of Southampton, studying Business Management and doing a placement year in Marketing. I am especially interested in Social Media Marketing and want to explore this a bit more.
I joined Salesforce Ben in Summer 2020, and am enjoying getting to know the Salesforce Community.
